On 12 September, our Operations Manager, Liz Kaloudau, attended the Central Lakes Trust Outcomes Workshop, aimed at understanding the positive impact of grantees on our community. This workshop is part of Central Lakes Trust's vision to make our community a better place.
Collaborating with social impact measurement experts from Huber Social, the workshop provided an opportunity for key grantees to share insights about what matters most to the people we support. This is crucial for shaping a framework that will help both grantees and Central Lakes Trust (CLT) measure outcomes effectively and maximise our positive impact.
Liz was among those encouraged to bring diverse perspectives, allowing for a richer discussion. The conversations held during this session are vital for developing a deeper understanding of community needs and the specific impacts of our work.
There was no requirement to prepare anything in advance, but the workshop prompted participants to reflect on the significant effects their services have on the community. By sharing experiences and insights, we contribute to a collective effort that aims to enhance our community's well-being.
Thank you to Central Lakes Trust for organising this valuable workshop. Together, we can create a stronger, more impactful community!
